Residential Plan Check Submittal Requirement
Plan Check Submittal Requirements for Single Family Residential and Multi-Family Residential (up to 3 units). All construction requirements are based on the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 24: 2019 California Green Building Standards Code; 2019 California Residential Building Code; 2019 California Electrical Code; 2019 California Mechanical Code; 2019 California Plumbing Code; 2019 California Energy Code; and any specific requirements as outlined in a technical report.
Construction and Demolition Recycling Info
The Town of Yucca Valley is required by State law to divert a minimum of 50 percent of its waste from landfills. Requiring the recycling of construction and demolition materials as a condition of building permits will assist the Town of Yucca Valley in complying with State law. Disposal/diversion receipts or certifications must be made available to the Town of Yucca Valley’s Building & Safety Division upon request.
