We regulate construction and occupancy of all residential, commercial and industrial structures and enforce the building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes adopted by the Town Council and State.  We plan check applications, review reports and calculations, issue permits, and field-inspect construction projects to assure compliance with structural, fire and safety standards.
