The Town of Yucca Valley reminds residents to pick up after your dogs while in public areas, including Town fields, trails and parks. If you wouldn’t litter our fields, then you shouldn’t let your dogs, either. 

Reasons to ensure dogs are cleaned up after in public areas include:

• Enabling the full utilization of our open spaces

• Prohibiting the spread of toxic parasites and bacteria 

• Being a good neighbor and showcasing how we all collectively value our environment

• It’s the law and Town ordinance

In addition, dogs must be on a leash, licensed and vaccinated. Dogs are also not allowed in or near playground areas in Town. Please be mindful of the Town's park hours, between 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

There’s no excuse; it’s your doody. Stop by the Community Center for doggie bag dispensers, located outside the facility.
