 Requesting Building Plans/Blueprints

 

The Town of Yucca Valley is committed to provide open and transparent access to public records created and maintained by the Town, which includes timely access to requested records in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code 6250 et seq). 

While it is the Town's policy to respond to requests for public records as quickly as possible, the Public Records Act allows the Town up to 10 days to determine whether the documents will be disclosed. The Town shall make records promptly available for inspection during regular business hours; however, if a request to inspect records entails numerous files and/or documents, the Town reserves the right to set a date and time when the records will be made available for inspection.
