The Town of Yucca Valley is updating the Housing Element.  The Housing Element is intended to guide residential development and preservation consistent with the overall values of the community and State requirements. 

The Housing Element provides a framework of housing opportunities designed to meet the specific needs of the Town's existing and future residents.
