Project Description:

Variance: A request to maintain 400 square foot living area rather than to add additional square footage to make a single-family residence. The cabin is located on a1.25 acre parcel with boulders and a natural wash and has limit space to be added onto without damaging the natural features of the site. Also a request to not install two car covered parking and to add an in-ground pool within a patent easement.

Street Vacation: A request to vacate the westerly, southerly, and easterly fifty foot (50') patent easements to allow for construction of the aforementioned improvements.
