Project Description:

Pave asphalt parking lot and construct approximately 3,000 square feet of outdoor retail space located at APN 0586-323-12 to support adjacent existing retail location located at APN 0586-323-11. Install landscaping including agave, opuntia cactus, mesquite, and palo verde trees. Create new access from the east side of the existing structure to the new parking lot and provide a covered pergola entrance. The outdoor retail space would include 10'x10' festival tent structures to serve provide shaded display areas for individual artisans and crafts people who can rent the tents on a temporary basis. Two of the outdoor vendor spaces would be designated for serving to-go food. The outdoor space would periodically have themed events such as a fine art painting show, sculpture show, ceramics show, and local crafts show. Outdoor retail space would include furniture, fire pits, sculptures, pots and plants.

The project is located on the north side of Twentynine Palms Highway, 75 ft. east of Deer Trail.
