The Code Compliance Division works to protect public health, safety, and welfare by enforcing compliance with local, state and federal code standards. Our oversight responsibilities include (but are not limited to):  

• Land use 
• Zoning 
• Housing 
• Property maintenance 
• Solid waste 
• Water conservation 
• Public Nuisances 
• Vehicle Abatement 
• Fire Hazard Abatement 

Through information, education, and the administrative remedy program, we respond to violations involving health and safety issues, including property maintenance offenses. We enforce the laws necessary to maintain the quality of life the Town of Yucca Valley is admired for, while always affording due process.
