Town Clerk


The Town of Yucca Valley consolidates general municipal elections in November of even-numbered years to elect members to serve on the Town Council. Special elections are also held as needed. The Town of Yucca Valley contracts with the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters to conduct such elections. The Town Clerk is the elections official with duties described in the California Elections Code.

Upcoming Elections

General Election- November 6, 2018

  • Yucca Valley Town Council- 3 seats

The filing period to formally pull/file nomination papers to run for an open Town Council seat begins on Monday, July 16, 2018. Nominations papers may be obtained during an appointment with the Town Clerk, and will not be available online.

Council Seats to be voted on in the November 2018 election are for Districts 1, 3 and 5. Interested Candidates must live within one of these three districts, seeking votes from the same district. View Map.
