The project consists of the widening of Palomar Avenue north and south of Yucca Trail, to provide left turn lanes, through lanes, right turn lanes, and traffic signal modification at the intersection between Yucca Trail and Palomar Avenue.

The Yucca Trail/Palomar Avenue Intersection Improvements Project (Town Project No. 8969-2020) was included in the FY2020/21 Budget, and it was programed for design and construction in Fund 350 Development Impact Fees (DIF) in the amount of $504,743.00 as shown below.
