Project Description:

The Town of Yucca Valley Branch Library project has been constructed and included the redesign of the interior spaces, bearing walls and non- bearing walls, HVAC systems, electrical systems, complete demolition and construction of new ADA compliant restrooms, and installation of modern IT infrastructure are all included within the scope.  Exterior improvements include repairs to the existing parking lot asphalt, installation of parking lot lighting, upgrading the existing landscaping and parking lot striping and complete removal and replacement of the existing roof.

The budgeted project costs for the construction of the Town of Yucca Valley Branch Library Project were $4,375,173. The County contribution amount was established at $1,125,000 in the  long-term lease agreement between the Town and County in January 2020.
