The proposed project will change the use from automotive uses to cafe/restaurant/retails on a 10,040 s.f. parcel. The new operation will refurbish the existing commercial building to be operated as a cafe/restaurant/retails with on-site preparation of food for both on-site dining and to-go. Sale of alcohol for on-site consumption and beer and wine for off-site consumption.
